Peach Pie Moonshine

Directions

1. In a large pot, mix the peach juice, sugar, and sliced peaches.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely to room temperature.
4. Once cooled, stir in the Everclear, peach schnapps, and bourbon.
5. Store in sealed canning jars with lids and rings in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year.
