Iced Coffee Moonshine
Ingredients
- 1 gallon cold brewed coffee (unsweetened)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup everclear
- 1 cup coffee liquor (such as Kahlua)
- 1 cup Irish cream liquor (such as Baileys)
- 1 cup vanilla vodka
Directions
- In a large pot, mix the cold brewed coffee and sugar.
- Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely to room temperature.
- Once cooled, stir in the Everclear (or vodka), coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, and vanilla vodka.
- Store in sealed canning jars with lids and rings in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year.
