Helltaker Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients
Per serving (“mouth to feed”), multiply as needed:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk or water
- 1 cup flour
- Oil, for the pan
Fillings (amounts to taste):
- Chocolate spread (hazelnut-chocolate cream)
- Bananas, sliced
- Smetana (Polish sour cream)
- Or honey or jam
- Or the twaróg filling: full-fat twaróg mixed with smetana (or just soft quark) and some sugar
Directions
- Multiply the base (1 egg, 1 cup milk or water, 1 cup flour) by the number of people you’re feeding.
- Combine everything in a bowl and stir hard until smooth.
- Get the pan very hot and add just enough oil for one pancake. Repeat this for every pancake.
- Pour in batter and spread it as thin as possible.
- Cook 1 minute, flip, then cook 40 seconds more. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Spread chocolate cream on a pancake, add sliced banana, and top with a little smetana to cut the sweetness. Roll or fold.
- For a different filling, use honey or jam, or mix full-fat twaróg with smetana (or use soft quark alone), sweeten with some sugar, and spread that inside instead.
